R: We have the forwarder to arrange the shipping by sea, by air or by DHL/UPS/TNT express delivery.

R: We assemble the stair in the factory before the shipment, then the video and the photos are
provided to you.
Q: What is the lead time of the staircase?
R: It depends on the models. Often it is 15-25 working days.
Q: What information we should offer to quote?
R: Please send us the pictures on site, if not tell us the dimension of the floor to floor height and dimension of the stairwell.
